Harding Fair.... the biggest-little one day fair in the province of Manitoba. 
The village is less than 10 homes, no post office and one day a year they host 3 rings, each with upto 3 classes being judged at the same time that slow down by 5pm.for the fund-raiser dinner hosted by the local farm women.... lots of home-made pies! 

I heard the announcer mention 187 cattle entries alongside Heavy Horse hitches, light horses & miniatures.
